Order in the above-captioned matter dated September 22, 2009, Petitioners by and through their
counsel, David J. Lenox, Esquire, hereby files the attached letter from the New Cumberland Federal
Credit Union as proof that the accounts established for Amanda R. Halford and Elizabeth M.
Halford, under said Court Order contain the following notation: "No withdrawal can be made prior
to the entry of the minor obtaining her majority except by an Order of a Court of competent
jurisdiction."

This letter is to confirm that accounts were opened for the above referenced
members. These accounts were opened October 28, 2009, with the following restrictions;
"No withdrawals can be made prior to the entry of minor obtaining their majority except
by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction."
