I, EILEEN QUINTER, of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of
sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding, make, publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all other Wills and
Codicils that I have made.
FIRST: I direct that after my death I be buried next to my husband,
GRATTISON M. QUINTER, JR., or should my husband survive me, in a suitable
burial ground selected by my husband.
SECOND: I devise and bequeath all of my Estate, of whatever nature and
wherever situate, to my beloved husband, GRATTISON M. QUINTER, JR., provided
that he survive me by thirty (30) days.
THIRD: Should my husband predecease me or should he for any reason fail
to take under this, my Last Will and Testament, then I give and bequeath the
following to the individual whose name is listed to the right of the item:

FIFTH: Ail the rest, residue, and remainder of my Estate, in equal
shares, to those individuals named in Paragraph FOURTH above who are alive at
the time of my death.
SIXTH: If any portion of my Estate shall be payable to a beneficiary who
is less than twenty-five (25) years of age, my Executor shall pay such share to
Debra K. Wallet, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, who shall
deposit such share in the individual's name in a savings account in a savings
institution of her choosing, payable to the individual at age twenty-five (25).
SEVENTH: All interests of any beneficiary in the income or principal of
this Estate, while undistributed and in the possession of my Executor, even
though vested and distributable, shall not be subject to attachment, execution
or sequestration for any debt, contract, obligation or liability of any
beneficiary and, furthermore, shall not be subject to pledge, assignment,
conveyance, or anticipation.
EIGHTH: I nominate, constitute, and appoint my husband, GRASTISON M.
QUINTER, JR., as Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament. In the event of
the renunciation, death, resignation or inability of GRA~TISON M. QUINTER, JR.,
to act for whatever reason in this capacity, then I nominate, constitute, and
appoint DEBRA K. WALLET, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as
Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament.

surviving spouse is 3% [72 P.S. {}9116 (a) (1.1) (i)].

this to be my Last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all other Wills and
Codicils that I have made.
FIRST: I direct that after my death I be buried next to my husband,
GRA~TISON M. QUINTER, JR., or should my husband survive me, in a suitable
burial ground selected by my husband.
SECOND: I devise and bequeath all of my Estate, of whatever nature and
wherever situate, to my beloved husband, GRASTISON M. QUINTER, JR., provided
that he survive me by thirty (30) days.
THIRD: Should my husband predecease me or should he for any reason fail
to take under this, my Last Will and Testament, then I give and bequeath the

FIFTH: Ail the rest, residue, and remainder of my Estate, in equal
shares, to those individuals named in Paragraph FOURTH above who are alive at
the time of my death.
SIXTH: If any portion of my Estate shall be payable to a beneficiary who
is less than twenty-five (25) years of age, my Executor shall pay such share to
Debra K. Wallet, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, who shall
deposit such share in the individual's name in a savings account in a savings
institution of her choosing, payable to the individual at age twenty-five (25).
SEVENTH: All interests of any beneficiary in the income or principal of
this Estate, while undistributed and in the possession of my Executor, even
though vested and distributable, shall not be subject to attachment, execution
or sequestration for any debt, contract, obligation or liability of any
beneficiary and, furthermore,.shall not be subject to pledge, assignment,
conveyance, or anticipation.
EIGHTH: I nominate, constitute, and appoint my husband, GRASTISON M.
QUINTER, JR., as Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament. In the event of
the renunciation, death, resignation or inability of GRA~TISON M. QUINTER, JR.,
to act for whatever reason in this capacity, then I nominate, constitute, and
appoint DEBRA K. WAr,JET, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as
Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament.

If any tax due is paid aithin three (3) calendar months after the decedent's death, a five percent (SI) discount of
the tax paid is allowed.
The 15Z tax amnesty non-participation penalty is computed on the total of the tax and interest assessed, and not
paid before January 18, 1996, the first day after the end of the tax amnesty period. This non-participation
penalty is appealable in the same manner and in the the same tiao period as you would appeal the tax and interest
that has been assessed as indicated on this notice.
Interest is charged beginning with first day of delinquency, or nine (9) months and one (l) day from the date of
death, to the data of payment. Taxes ahich became delinquent before January 1, 198Z bear interest at the rate of
six (6Z) percent per annum calculated at a daily rate of .000164. All taxes which became delinquent on and after
January 1, 198Z will bear interest at a rate which will vary from calendar year to calendar year with that rate

The circumstances leading up to the execution of this instrument are as follows:
1. Eileen Quinter died on August 22, 2003, leaving a Will dated October 25, 1985,
naming Grattison M. Quinter, Jr. as Executor.
2. Letters Testamentary were granted to Grattison M. Quinter, Jr. by the Register of
Wills of Cumberland County on October 21, 2003.
3. It is the desire of the Eileen Quinter heir that the Estate be distributed without the
formality of a court proceeding in order to save the expense, publicity, and delay incident to
such court proceeding, and the Executor is willing to make such distribution upon the.
execution of this instrument.
4. An account of the administration of the Estate of Eileen Quinter has been prepared
by the Executor. A copy is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
5. In consideration of the foregoing, the undersigned hereby:
A. Represents and warrants that he has read and understands this instrument
and that the facts set forth above are true and correct to the best of his knowledge, information
and belief;

B. Declares that he has examined the attached account of the administration of
the Estate and the attached schedule of distribution; that he finds them to be true and correct in
all particulars; that he accepts and approves them as if they had been duly filed, audited,
adjudicated and confirmed absolutely by the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common
Pleas of Cumberland County, and as if the amounts shown as distributable had been duly
awarded to him;
C. Waives the filing and auditing of the account of the administration of the
Estate in the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
and agrees that the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland
County may by its decree confirm the account and approve the schedule of distribution;
D. Requests the Executor to make distribution of the principal and income in
accordance with the schedule of distribution, and effective upon delivery to him of the amounts
shown as respectively distributable, acknowledges receipt of such property;
E. Agrees to refund to the Executor any amount which may at any time be
determined to have been an erroneous distribution to him, regardless of the cause of such
erroneous distribution, even if attributable to negligence, and agrees that any period for the
limitation of actions for the collection of any erroneous distribution shall commence only at
such time as the Executor shall have obtained actual knowledge of such erroneous distribution
and that in no event shall the period for collection of any erroneous distribution be less than
two years after the actual discovery thereof;
F. Absolutely and irrevocably remises, releases, quitclaims and forever
discharges Grattison M. Quinter, Jr., individually and in his capacity as Executor, from any

and all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, liabilities, claims and demands relating
in any way to the administration of the Eileen Quinter Estate;
G. Agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, to the extent of the funds received
by him hereunder, Grattison M. Quinter, Jr., individually and in his capacity as Executor,
from and against any and all claims, loss, liability or damage (including legal fees and costs in
connection therewith) which he may suffer or to which he may be subjected by reason of his
administration of the Estate, the settlement of his Executor's account and the distribution of the
assets of the Estate without having the formal approval of the Orphans' Court Division of the
Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, including, but not limited to, any liability for
any federal estate tax, Pennsylvania inheritance tax or any other death taxes, together with
interest and costs incidental thereto, relating in any way to the Estate; and
H. Declares it to be his intention that this instrument, consisting of three pages,
shall be governed by the law of Pennsylvania and shall be legally binding as an agreement
under seal upon him and upon his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
