STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

THIS AGREEMENT, made the 20*' of November, 2009, by and between
Bridlewood Builders, a division of
Leaders in Excellence, Inc.
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
David P. Jackson and Virginia L. Jackson,
hereinafter referred to as Owner,
whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single family
residence on that certain lot of ground known as:
Lot #105 Hillside Drive, Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One and 00/100 Dollar ($1.00) to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the
further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that
no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them
against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of
any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings
on the lot above described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their
subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or
any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an
independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land, situate in the Third Ward of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southern side of Hillside Drive on the dividing line between Lots Nos. 104 and
105 on the hereinafter mentioned Subdivision Plan; thence by the Southern side of Hillside Drive, North 79
degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds East 20.36 feet to a point; thence by a curve to the left having a radius of 575.00
feet, an arc length of 116.85 feet to a point; thence by the dividing between Lots Nos. 105 and 106, South 07
degrees 47 minutes 09 seconds East 258.23 feet to a point; thence by the line dividing Lot No. 105 on said Plan
from Lot Number 91 on Final Subdivision of Nottingham, Plan No. 4, as recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County, in Plan Book 49, Page 105, South 82 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West
114.90 feet to a point; thence by the dividing line between Lots Nos. 104 and 105 on said Plan, North 12 degrees
45 minutes 08 seconds West 240.61 feet to a point, the Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 30,995.10 square feet and being Lot No. 105 of Phase No. 1 of Plan No. 5 of Nottingham as
recorded in the Office of Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 50, Page 131.
BEING the same premises which Richard J. Cantor and Patricia E. Cantor, by Deed dated August 29, 2002 and
recorded August 30, 2002 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania in Deed Book 253, Page 1923, granted and conveyed to David P. Jackson and Virginia L. Jackson.
