LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, ~JALTER L. KONETSCO, of the To~vnship of North Middleton,
County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound
and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and
declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revokin
and making void all former wills and codicils by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid by my Executor or Executrix, as the case may be,
hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be done after my
decease.
SECOND.
I hereby empower my personal representative herein-
after named to distribute, according to his discretion, any items
of personal property, in kind, other than cash, bank accounts,
stocks, bonds, or other similar accounts and investments.
THIRD. All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate,
real, personal and mixed, vJhatsoever and wheresoever situate, I
give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, ~ARY E. KONETSCO,
absolutely and in fee simple, if she survives me. For the purpose
of this my Last Will and Testament, my wife shall not be deemed to
survive me unless she should survive me by more than ninety (90)

days.
FOURTH.
If my wife, }~RY E. KONETSCO, should fail to
survive me, then and in that event, I give, devise and bequeath
all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal
and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situated unto such of my
