THIS AGREEMENT, made the 1)- ? of November, 2009, by and between 001 N3L
Hughes Contracting, Inc.
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
Paul W. Waders, III and Taryn Walters,
hereinafter referred to as Owner,
whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single family
residence on that certain lot of ground known as:
Red Tank Road, Boiling Springs, South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One and 00/100 Dollar ($1.00) to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the
further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that
no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them
against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of
any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings
on the lot above described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their
subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or
any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an
independent covenant.

bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a P.K. nail in the centerline of Red Tank Road (T-542) on line of lands now or formerly of
Robert Kuhn also being 1.2 miles S.E. of centerline of Creek Road; thence by lands now or formerly of Robert
Kuhn through an iron pin 25 feet from the centerline of road, North 28 degrees 58 minutes 36 seconds East
239.25 feet to an iron pin of line of lands now or formerly of Robert M. Frey; thence by aforesaid lands North 22
degrees 02 minutes 36 seconds East 446.22 feet to an iron pin on line of lands of n/f Kenneth E. Deitch; thence by
aforesaid lands South 69 degrees 22 minutes 02 seconds East 79.15 feet to a hub at an oak tree; thence by same
North 12 degrees 26 minutes 47 seconds East 358.07 feet to a fence post on line of lands now or formerly of
George Snook; thence by aforesaid lands South 85 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 412.50 feet to an iron pin
on line of lands now or formerly of Alan Goldstein; thence by aforesaid lands South 25 degrees 18 minutes 35
seconds West 609.35 feet to an iron pin on line of lands now or formerly of Woodrow W. Kuhn; thence by
aforesaid North 83 degrees 153 minutes 52 seconds West 75.0 feet to an iron pin; thence by same South 09
degrees 04 minutes 08 seconds West 70.0 feet to an iron pin on line of lands now or formerly of Charles E.
Marks, thence by aforesaid North 83 degrees 53 minutes 52 seconds West 150.0 feet to an iron pin; thence by
same South 09 degrees 04 minutes 08 seconds West 375.0 feet to a P.K. nail in the centerline of Red Tank Road
(T-542) and going through an iron pin 25 feet from centerline of road; thence by centerline of Red Tank Road (T-
542) North 83 degrees 53 minutes 52 seconds West 133.08 feet to a P.K. nail in the centerline of Red Tank Road
(T-542); thence by same north 75 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds West 164.08 feet to a P.K. nail in the center of
Red Tank Road, also being the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 7.506 acres and being Tract 2 as set forth in accordance with a survey by Gerrit J. Betz
Associates, Inc. dated January 2, 1985.
BEING TRACT #2 OF THE SAME PREMISES which Alan Goldstein and Marie Goldstein, his wife, by Deed
dated October 31, 2003 and recorded November 4, 2003 in the Office of Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, granted and conveyed unto Alan L. Snader and Sarah E. Snader, his wife,
Grantors.
