I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon. as practical after my death by my Executrix hereinafter named. I give to my daughter-in-law, DIANE MYERS, any automobile (not including the pick-up truck made reference to in Paragraph 6, below) that I own at the time of my death. 6. I give to my son, WILLIAM L. MYERS, any pick-up truck and any guns that I own at the time of my death. 7. I give to MARK WRIGHTSTONE the sum of Five thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars in recognition of his help and work for me at both my home and summer home. 8. I give to JOHN B. MANCKE the sum of Ten thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars in recognition of the help and assistance he has been to me. 9. I give, devise and bequeath the real property owned by me at 1659 Trindle Road, SNELBAKER EC BRENNEMAN, P.C. Carlisle, Pennsylvania (Hickorytown, Route 641) to my sister, BETTY C. REAMER, in recognition for all of the help and assistance she has been to me. i~ 11. I give, devise and bequeath the summer home and real estate owned by me in Amberson Valley, Franklin County to MARK WRIGHTSTONE in recognition of his interest and help to me in the past several yeazs, subject to the right of my son, V`irILLIAM L. MYERS, and grandson, MARK MYERS, to use this summer home at any time they desire during the lives of William L. Myers and Mark Myers. 12. I give, devise and bequeath the real property owned by me at 13 Mooredale Road, Carlisle consisting of 1.722 acres to LEE D. KEESEMAN, JR. in recognition of the help and assistance he has been to me. 13. I direct that the following properties owned by me be sold at either public or private sale and the proceeds of such sales be distributed as part of the residue of my Estate: A. 9 Mooredale Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania; B. 1220 Spring Road, Cazlisle, Pennsylvania; C. 15 Mooredale Road, Cazlisle, Pennsylvania containing 1.727 acres, including the mobile home located thereon; D. 17 Mooredale Road, Cazlisle, Pennsylvania containing 1.$6 acres, including the mobile home located thereon; I direct that any other real estate, including any burial plat(s), owned by me at the time of my death not specifically described herein shall also be sold at public or private sale and the proceeds thereof to be distributed as part of the residue of my Estate. 14. To the extent not specifically bequeathed above, I direct that all of the personal property owned by me located at my residence of 9 Mooredale Raad, Cazlisle, Pennsylvania be sold at public or private sale and the proceeds thereof be distributed as part of the residue of my Estate. 15. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, in equal shazes to my son, WILLIAM L. MYERS and my sister, BETTY C. BEAMER. In the event my son, WILLIAM L. MYERS, should predecease rne, I direct that LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER EC BRENNEMAN, P.C. all property and/or the share of my Estate he would have received under this my Last Will and Testament shall be given to my sister, BETTY C. BEAMER. In the event my sister, -2- BETTY C. BEAMER, should predecease me, I direct that all property and/or the share of my Estate she would have received under this my Last Will and Testament shall be given to my son, WILLIAM L. MYERS. 16. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint MARIE BOYER of 688 Lynes Road, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. I hereby direct that my Executrix engage the services of Keith O. Brenneman, Esquire as her attorney for purposes of providing legal assistance and counsel in the administration of my Estate. I further direct that no person serving as Executrix hereunder shall be required to post bond to secure the faithful performance of her duties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction. 17. It is my desire that, upon my death, Ronan Funeral Home of (Carlisle be in charge of the funeral arrangements and that my body be cremated with burial at Fort Indiantown Gap, after Masonic and military services.
