The County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, hereby files its tax lien for delinquent
hotel room rental taxes, late fees and interest against Glenwood, LLC, and that certain
improved lot or piece of ground situated in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being known as 3803 Glenwood Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania and
bearing tax parcel number 13-24-0799-192. (See property description attached).
Hotel Room Rental Taxes for June, 2009, through November 2009 (estimated):
June - November, inclusive @ $26.50/mo.: $159.00
Total Hotel Room Rental Taxes Owing: $159.00
Late Fees (6 x $100): 600.00
Total Taxes and Late Fees: $759.00
Plus Costs
Together with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of filing.
The Hotel Room Rental Taxes, late payment fees and interest are levied pursuant to the
authority of the County Code, Act of August 9, 1955, P.L. 323, § 1770.6, as amended, 16
P.S. § 1770.6, as amended, and Cumberland County Ordinance No. 2001-3, as amended.
This tax lien is filed in accordance with the general municipal law, Act of May 16, 1923,
P.L. 207, § 9, as amended, 53 P.S. § 7143, as amended.

MADE THE )) " day of in the year of Our Lord Two Thousand and
Nine (2009).
BETWEEN HAROLD F. RENSHAW, an unmarried man, GRANTOR,
And GLENWOOD, LLC, GRANTEE;
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND
($460,000.00) DOLLARS, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
said Grantor does hereby grant and convey to the said Grantee,
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described, as follows,
to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Primrose Avenue (30 feet wide) at the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 43 and 44 on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots;
thence eastwardly along said dividing line a distance of 166.75 feet to Lot No. 148 on
said plan; thence southwardly along Lots Nos. 148, 149 and 150, a distance of 195 feet to
Lot No. 40 on said plan; thence westwardly along said Lot No. 40, a distance of 166.75
feet to a point on the eastwardly line of Primrose Avenue; thence northwardly along
Primrose Avenue, a distance of 195 feet to Lot No. 44, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lots Nos. 41, 42 and 43 on the Plan of Rana Villa as recorded in Cumberland
County Recorder's Office on Plan Book 2 Page 42, according to survey made by D.P.
Raffensperger, R.S., dated July 28, 1958. *
HAVING THERON ERECTED a perm stone and block motel.
TAX PARCEL NO. 13-24-0799-192.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Harold F. Renshaw and Claire M. Renshaw,
husband and wife or formerly husband and wife, by Deed dated September 2, 1992 and
recorded September 3, 1992, in Deed Book "W", Volume 35, Page 284, in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, granted and
conveyed unto Harold F. Renshaw, Grantor herein.
And the said Grantor hereby covenants and agrees that he will warrant SPECIALLY the
property hereby conveyed.
* Lot 44 of the Plan of Rana Villa was incorrectly added
to the prior instrument of record and is purposely
omitted from the within description.
