(See property description attached). Hotel Room Rental Taxes for June, 2009, through November 2009 (estimated): June - November, inclusive @ $26.50/mo.: $159.00 Total Hotel Room Rental Taxes Owing: $159.00 Late Fees (6 x $100): 600.00 Total Taxes and Late Fees: $759.00 Plus Costs Together with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of filing. The Hotel Room Rental Taxes, late payment fees and interest are levied pursuant to the authority of the County Code, Act of August 9, 1955, P.L. 323, § 1770.6, as amended, 16 P.S. § 1770.6, as amended, and Cumberland County Ordinance No. 2001-3, as amended.
