26, 2010 at 1416 hours, attached as herein commanded all goods, chattels, rights, debts, credits, and
monies of the within named defendant, to wit: Joshua V. Auxer, in the hands, possession, or control of the
within named garnishee, BELCO Community Credit Union, 5304 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by handing to Lauren Hale, Assistant Manager, personally three
copies of interrogatories together with three true and attested copies of the writ of execution and made the
contents there of known to her.

September 1, 2010 at 1730 hours, he served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the
defendant, to wit: Joshua V. Auxer, by making known unto Joshua V. Auxer, at 4135 Kittatinny Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17050 its contents and at the same time handing to
