MOTION TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE
AND NOW comes Gates, Halbruner, Hatch & Guise, P.C. (hereinafter the "Petitioner"), and hereby
moves this Honorable Court to Make Rule Absolute, and in support thereof, the Petitioner avers as follows:
1. On February 13, 2009, the Petitioner filed a Petition to Withdraw as Counsel of Record
and a Rule to Show Cause was subsequently served upon Cindy S. Hoke, Executrix of the Estate of Edith
A. Riland (hereinafter the "Respondent").
2. The Petitioner received no contact or response from the Respondent.
3. The Respondent has not filed any response to the Rule to Show Cause with the Register of
Wills.
4. The Petitioner respectfully requests that this Honorable Court make the Rule absolute.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Honorable Court enter an Order making
absolute the Rule issued in this matter, and thereby granting the Petitioner's request to withdraw as counsel
of record for the Estate of Edith A. Riland.
