it is ordered and directed as follows:
I. The hearings scheduled before the Auditor in the above matters for Wednesday,
December 16, Thursday, December 17, and Friday, December 18, 2009, are continued.
2. George F. Dixon, III, and Richard E. Dixon shall retain new legal counsel
in the above two actions within thirty (30) days and their new attorney shall contact the Auditor and
other legal counsel.
3. The firm of Martson Law Offices is hereby authorized to withdraw as legal counsel
for George F. Dixon, III, and Richard E. Dixon.
4. Apre-hearing conference is set for February 12, 2010 at 1:30 p.m.
5. The hearing in this case is set for Wednesday February 24, Thursday February 25,
and Friday, February 26, 2009 at 9 a.m.
6. "The auditor's appointment is extended to May 15, 2010.
