AND NOW, this 15~' day of December, 2009, upon consideration of the Petition
To Determine the Disposition of the Remains of Elizabeth Rose Jaroszewski filed on
behalf of Stephen K. Parthemore, Funeral Director, and following a hearing held on
December 14, 2009, it is ordered and directed that Petitioner distribute one-half of the
decedent's ashes to her mother, Deborah Lee Rose, and one-half of the decedent's ashes
to her paternal grandparents, Daniel Jaroszewski and Rose Marie Jaroszewski on behalf
of her father, Andrew Vincent Jaroszewski.
