SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
07:43 PM - Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on May
2011 a true copy of the within 25
writ of execution was attempted to be served upon the defendant, to wit:,
Douglas Leach, 414 Sharon Avenue, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055. At that
time it was learned that the defendant is currently incarcerated in the Cumberland County Prison; has
been there for 6 months; and will be there for at least another year. Therefore there is no service on
defendant Douglas Leach.
Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned STAYED. Defendant Leach is currently it prison; defendant Lovenguth not at address given by
plaintiff.
Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on May 25, 2011 a true
copy of the within writ of execution was attempted to be served upon the defendant, to wit: Cindy
Lovenguth, 414 Sharon Avenue, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055. At that time 4-
was learned that the defendant is not living at this address, nor has she ever lived at this address. This
address is her mother's address and mother was unable to provide a street address for Cindy.
