AND NOW, this ---f- day of 2009, this matter having been
called for a Hearing, the Court finds, after reviewing the contents of the within Petition
and former proceeding, there is cleaz and convincing evidence that Matthew James
DeLuca is an incapacitated person in that he suffers from a mental impairment that
prevents him from receiving and evaluating information effectively and prevents him
from formulating and communicating decisions to such a significant extent that he is
unable to manage his financial affairs, property and business and to make and
communicate responsible decisions relating thereto.
The Court appoints his pazents, Anthony L. DeLuca and Marjorie A. DeLuca, as
Permanent Plenary Guazdians of the Estate of Matthew James DeLuca, to serve without
bond.
