BE ADVISED
Arty Mike Scherer has filed an informal Caveat requesting NO Paper be filed to probate last will and
testament.
Further requests that no letters testamentary or letters of administration be issued in the above listed estate.
Mr. Scherer represents Julie Renninger.
It's up to their attorney if he wants us to accept the will, and swear in the administrator or executor, but tell him
that you are not going to issue letters or process any paperwork with the estate until either an agreement or a
hearing has been held on the caveat.
If anybody comes in to probate an estate for Dorothy Bowers - advise a caveat had been filed and we can't
probate.
Contact Mike Scherer and tell him the other side was in.
