is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Haubert
Homes. Inc. of 15 Central Boulevard, Came Hill, Pennsylvania 17011, for the
erection of a story building upon a lot of land situate:

16 Easy Street, Mechanicsburg-, PA (Address)

9 at the time of and immediately before the execution
of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said
Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar, to
Contractor paid by Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building and/or land by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building,
the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 7, as shown on a plan entitled, "Hamlet Square, Final
Subdivision Plan, Lot Dimensional Plan South," dated June 16, 2006, by Penn Terra
Engineering, Inc., State College; PA, being bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin, lying in an easterly right-of-way line of East Street and being
a southerly corner of Lot No. 6; thence along said Lot North 791 12' 24" East 44.94 feet to
an iron pin being an easterly corner of Lot No. 6 and lying in a westerly line of lands owned
now or formerly by Wayne R. Conrad, Trustee; thence along said lands South 100 47' 36"
East 214.55 feet to an iron pin lying in a westerly line of said lands and being a northerly
corner of Lot No. 15; thence along said lot South 791 12' 24" West 84.11 feet to an iron pin
being a westerly corner of said lot and an easterly corner of Lot No. 14; thence along Lot
No. 14 North 57° 14' 23" West 60.00feet to an iron pin being a common corner of Lot No.'s
14,13 and 8; thence along :Lot No. 8 North 051 16' 21" East 128.44 feet to a concrete
monument being an easterly corner of said lot and lying in a southerly right-of-way line of
East Street; thence along said right-of-way along a curve to the left having a chord bearing
of a North 321 37' 41" Eat a chord distance of 68.54 feet, a radius of 50.00 feet and an arc
length of 75.51 feet to an iron pin set, being the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 0.475 acres.
LOT NO. 7 is subject to a 10 foot utility easement along its street frontage, and a portion of
a proposed storm water drainage easement along the westerly boundary.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, nevertheless, to all easements, restrictions, encumbrances and
other matters of record or that which a physical inspection or survey of the premises would
reveal.

December 26, 2007, and recorded December 28, 2007 in the Recorder o granted Office in and
for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Instrument No. 200747730, conveyed unto 185 Woods, LP, grantors herein.
BEING the same premises which 185 Woods, L.P., in deed dated and recorded
simultaneously herewith in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, granted and conveyed unto Kendre Family Trust, Mortgagor herein.
