Attorneys at Law v. Larry R. Ritter The testimony and the exhibits provided at the hearing on November 19, 2009 indicated that Larry Ritter retained the law firm of Wolf & Wolf in order for the firm to represent him in a guardianship proceeding. Specifically, Mr. Ritter hired Nathan Wolf, Esq. to represent him. Mr. Ritter paid an initial $500.00 deposit, in addition to making one other payment throughout the representation. While the Court understands that Mr. Ritter is frustrated by the outcome of his case, and by the fact that his ex-spouse continues to exercise discretion over his son's care, he still received the services for which he was billed. Since it appears that Mr. Ritter continues to pursue various avenues of litigation, the Court is still hopeful that he will be able to find a satisfactory outcome for himself and his son.
