MARIE PHILLIPS, of the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previously made by me. ITEM I: Upon my death, I direct that my mortal remains be cremated and there be no public viewing of my body. ITEM II: I hereby bequeath the following: A. The sum of Two Thousand and NO/100 ($2,000.00) Dollars to the Baughman United Methodist Church, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. B. The diamond ring which belonged to my late husband, Robert F. Phillips, to my grandson, ROBERT NEAL PHILLIPS. C. My jewelry to my granddaughter, JESSICA CANZONERI. D. I bequeath such of my tangible personal property which is set forth in a separate memorandum which I shall place with this will to the persons therein designated. ITEM III: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every nature and wherever situate, in equal shares,- to mYr son, ROBERT F.
