Last Will and Testament
Of
Ruthe S. Herre
I, RUTHE S. HERRE, of 101 Deerfield Road, Camp Hill, Lower Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of full age and of sound and
disposing mind and memory and not under any restraint, do hereby make,
acknowledge, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking any and all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
ITEM I - I direct that my just debts, cremation, funeral and burial
expenses and the expenses of my last illness, claims for which are presented in the
manner and within the time provided by law, be paid out of the assets of my estate or
the income therefrom, as soon after my death as may be practicable. I further hereby
direct that all estate, inheritance, succession and transfer taxes imposed by the United
States or any state, territory, or possession which shall become payable by reason of
my death, shall be paid from the residue of my estate. It shall not be necessary to file

ITEM II - No interest in income or principal of my estate or Trust
established herein shall be subject to attachment, levy or seizure by any creditor, spouse,
assignee or trustee or receiver in bankruptcy of any beneficiary of my estate prior to the
beneficiaries' actual receipt thereof. My Executor shall pay over the net income and
principal to the beneficiaries which I have designated without regard to any attempted
anticipation (except as may be specifically provided herein), pledge or assignment of any
beneficiary and without regard to any claim thereto or attempted levy, attachment, seizure
or other process against said beneficiary.
ITEM III - I give and bequeath specific bequests as follows:
a. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to my
granddaughter, LISA FREE, currently residing in Scranton,
Pennsylvania;
b. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to my
granddaughter, CINDY BRAY, currently residing in Atlanta,
Georgia;
c. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to my brother,

CHARLES SHOUP, currently residing in Jacksonville,
Florida;
d. The sum of Three Thousand Dollazs ($3,000.00) to PATRICIA
5HOUP, currently residing in Jacksonville, Florida;
e. The sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) to my step-
daughter, MARGARET MORRISETTE, currently residing in
South Cazolina; and
f. The sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) to friend, JAN
SAGER.
ITEM IV - I hereby give and bequeath certain items of personal property
as follows:
a. My diamond watch to my daughter-in-law MARCIA BRAY,
currently residing in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania;
b. My emerald heart necklace, my cultured pearl ring and my
wedding band and diamond to my step-daughter, MARGARET
MORRISSETTE.

c. My 1994 Buick automobile or any other automobile that I may
own at the time of my death to my brother, CHARLES
SHOUP;
d. Two (2) bedroom suites, achest/dresser with marble top, the
desk in the family room, end table with marble top in the
family room, and wine chest with marble top in the hall, all of
which were my late husband's, Harrold Herres, at the time of
our marriage, to my step-daughter, MARGARET
MORRISSETTE.
e. My copper kettle in the family room and my mother's desk to
my son, JEFFREY BRAY; and
f. My dry sink to my son JOHN BRAY.
ITEM V - I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, both real and personal, of every kind and nature whatsoever and
wheresoever situated, which I may own or have the right to dispose of or to appoint at the
time of my death to sons, JEFFREY BRAY and JOHN BRAY, in equal shares, share and

share alike. In the event that JEFFERY BRAY shall predecease me or die within thirty
(30) days from the date of my death, his share shall be given to my son, JOHN BRAY.
In the event that JOHN BRAY shall predecease me or die within thirty (30) days from the
date of my death, his share shall be given to my daughter-in-law, MARCIA BRAY.
ITEM VI - I make, nominate, and appoint my son, JEFFREY BRAY, as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that he shall refuse or for any
reason whatsoever, not accept this Trust, or having accepted shall for any reason fail to
complete the same, then I make, nominate, and appoint my son, JOHN BRAY, to be the
Executor of this Will. I direct and request that if any of the aforesaid persons shall serve
as my Executor, he shall not be required to give a bond or other security.
ITEM VII - I give my Executor and to all persons succeeding in said
office, including Administrators with the Will annexed, full power to compound,
compromise, settle and adjust all claims, debts, or demands of any kind, in favor of or
against my said estate, to hold, sell, at public or private sale, and to mortgage or pledge
any part or all of the assets, real or personal, of my estate as they in their sole discretion
may deem necessary or advantageous, the same to be at such prices and upon such terms

and conditions as they may determine, and to execute, acknowledge and deliver deeds,
releases and other instruments incident and necessary to the exercise of such power, and
no order or confirmation of any Court shall be required, but their receipt shall be a full
acquittance to any debtor of the estate and no person need see to the application of the
proceeds of any payment made to them.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand and seal to this, my Last
Will and Testament, consisting of this and the preceding five (5) pages, at the end of each
page of which I have also set my hand and seal for greater security and better
