Know all men by these presents, that I, David D. Buell, Prothonotary, in and for
the County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, have made, constituted and
appointed Irene E. Morrow to be my 2nd Deputy and Attorney-in-fact to transact and
perform Administration of Oaths and Affirmations in the performance of duties
appertaining to the above-named office (in accordance with Act of August 9, 1955, P.L.
323, County Code Section 1306), hereby authorizing and empowering Irene E. Morrow,
my said 2nd Deputy and Attorney-in-fact, to do and perform the duties mentioned above,
