MATTHEW BRINK to show cause why a guazdian of his person and estate should not be

Petitioner LISA A. BRINK, is appointed temporary guazdian of the person MATTHEW
BRINK, and ORRSTOWN BANK is appointed as guazdian of the financial estate of
MATTHEW BRINK, pending final ruling by the Court following the hearing. No funds held by
or for Matthew Brink shall be released without further Order of Court.
At least Twenty (20) days notice of the hearing shall be given to the next-of--kin listed in
the Petition by personal service or by regulaz and certified mail.
