annexed Petition of Jane S. Cowden and Carol A. Bradford as trustees of the Trust Under Will of
Ethel S. Schlosnagle t is hereby ordered as follows:
1. The trust is terminated pursuant to the agreement of the life-time and remainder
beneficiaries.
2. The trustees are authorized to distribute any undistributed income to Eugene S.
Schlosnagle.
3. The trustees are authorized to distribute the principal balance remaining after the
distribution of income set forth in paragraph 2, one-half to Jane S. Cowden and one-half to Carol
A. Bradford.
