MOTION TO CANCEL HEARING
AND NOW, comes Petitioner, Kclly D. Green by and through her counsel, Vincent M.
Monfredo, Esquire and in support of her Motion to Cancel Hearing avers as follows:
1. Your petitioner filed a Petition for Citation Sur Appeal From Decree of Probate in
the above captioned estate matter on September 10, 2009.
2. An Urder was entered on September 14, 2009, by the Honorable Edward E. Guido
scheduling a hearing for November 23, 2009.
3. The aforementioned hearing was continued to January 13, 201.0.
4. Undersigned counsel has been in contact with petitioner and petitioner desires to
cancel the hearing now scheduled for January 13, 2010.
S. The opposing attorneys, Gregory J. Katshir, Esquire and James D. Hughes, Esquire
have been contacted and they concur with canceling the hearing.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner respectfully requests that this Honorable Court grant the
petitioner's request and cancel the hearing now scheduled for January 1.3, 2010.
