Discontinue without Prejudice, filed on behalf of the Pennsylvania Department of
Revenue, relating to a citation arising out of an alleged failure to file an inheritance tax
return, and it appearing that an inheritance tax return has now been filed as of December
22, 2009, the citation is deemed moot, conditioned upon the payment by the estate of
costs associated with the procurement of the citation.
