with respect to completion of the administration of the above-captioned estate:

The reason for delay is that the substantial asset in this estate, the personal
residence, remains unsold. Objective is to finish the estate in an additional six
months. All assets have been garnered and debts including inheritance taxes have
been paid and returns approved. Real estate is listed for sale. Real estate is still
unsold because of depressed market.
