Dear Judge Oler,
On December 10, 2049, you continued the ongoing Guardianship hearing
in this matter to hear telephonic testimony from Dr. John F. Mira. The matter is
currently scheduled for a hearing on December 23, 2009, at 9:30 a.m.
Unfortunately, Dr. Mira is scheduled far a hip surgery that morning and is
therefore unavailable. For this reason, kindly accept this letter as our request for
a continuance in this matter. A proposed order is attached hereto for your
convenience.
Additionally, kindly note Ms, Grace D'Alo, Esquire, was contacted and she
has indicated she has no objection to the requested continuance in this matter
based upon the foregoing unavailability of Dr. Mira.
Thank you for your ongoing attention to this matter. Please do not
hesitate to direct your staff to contact me with any questions or concerns.
