STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this day of -3a" , 2010, by and
between Fred A. Tiday Builers, Inc., hereinafte referred to as
Contractor,
AND
Fred A. Tiday Builders, Inc. hereinafter referred to as Owners,
whereby the contractor undertook and agreed to construct a dwelling
on the certain lot of ground situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully
described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof known as Lot #33, Pinehurst.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Public, the undersigned officer, personally appeared Fred A. Tiday
Builders, Inc., who acknowledged himself to be the President of
Fred A. Tiday Builders, Inc. and that he as such President being
authorized to do so executed the foregoing instrument for the
purposes therein contained by signing the name of the said
Corporation by himself as such President.

DESCRIPTION OF UNIT 33 PINEHURST BILLS
DESCRIPTION of a parcel of land located in the Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland, State of Pennsylvania in accordance
with a plan entitled FinalSubdivis.ion Plan for Watts Trace', dated August 19, 1999 and last revised July 25, 2000.
Said parcel being more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin to be set, located along the western right--of-way line of Eliza Way at the dividing line between unit 34 and
unit 33 as shown on the above said plan. Thence along unit 33, South 40 degrees 00 minutes 27 seconds West a distance of 196.21
feet to an iron pin to be set along lands now or formerly of Deloris V. Watts; Thence along said land of Watts, North 36 degrees 08
minutes 44 seconds West, a distance of 137.02 feet to an iron pin to be set at the dividing line between unit 32 and unit33. Thence
along unit 32, North 11 degrees 02 minutes 11 seconds East, a distance of 165.22 feet to an iron pin to be set along the western right-
of-way line of Eliza Way; Thence along Eliza Way the following (3) three courses and distances:
1. Along a curve to the right having a radius of 225.00 feet, a delta angle of 23 degrees 32 minutes. 01 seconds, an arc length of 92.42
feet, and a chord bearing and distance of South 61 degrees 45 minutes 34 seconds East, 91.77 feet, to an iron pin to be set;
2. South 49 degrees 59 minutes 33 seconds East, a distance of 112.23 feet to an iron pin to be set;
3. Along a curve to the left having a radius of 375.00 feet, a delta angle of 1 degrees 40 minutes 48 seconds, an arc (length of 11.00
feet, and a chord bearing and distance of South 50 degrees 49 minutes 57 seconds East, 10.99 feet, to an iron pin to be set at the
dividing line between unit 33 and unit 34, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING: 0.703 acres or 30,631 square feet more or less.
Subject to all covenants and agreements of record.
