Ritter, late of Mechanicsburg Borough, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, died on June 16, 2008, having first made her Last Will and Testament in writing probated before the Register of Wills of said Cumberland County on June 26, 2008, and Letters Testamentary were issued on the same date to Elmer L.
