KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, Monica Hughes, ari adult indi~lual'
and legatee of Geraldine L. Gibb, deceased, hereby acknowledge that I have received ofd
and from Salome D. Sieber, Barbara E. Mosel and Harry L. Bricker, Jr., Co-Executors fors

the Estate of Geraldine L. Gibb, deceased and Harry L. Bricker, Jr., Attorney for the Estate
of Geraldine L. Gibb, deceased, a full distribution in the a
mount of FOUR THOUSAND

SIXTY NINE DOLLARS AND NINETY THREE CENTS ($4,069.93) in full and final

satisfaction of all sum or sums of money, share or shares, purports and dividends which
were due, owing, payable and belonging to me, by any means whatsoever, for or on
account of our share, part or dividend of the real, personal and mixed Estate of the said
Geraldine L. Gibb, deceased. Three partial distributions have been previously made to me
totaling $68,936.96.
AND THEREFORE, I, the said Monica Hughes, do by these presents, release,
remise, quitclaim and forever discharge the said Salome D. Sieber, Barbara E. Mosel and
Harry L. Bricker, Jr., Co-Executors, and the said Harry L. Bricker, Jr., Attorney for the
Estate of Geraldine L. Gibb, deceased, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors
and assigns of and from the full distributive share, purport, dividend and interest of the
aforesaid Estate, and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings,
claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason thereof, or of any other act, matter,
cause, or thing whatsoever, to the day of the date of these presents.
I DO HEREBY COVENANT, promise and upon written request of the said Harry L.
Bricker, Jr., Attorney for the Estate, I will refund to the said Estate from the said distributive
share whatever funds that are shown to have been distributed to me in error which may be
necessary in the future to discharge any liabilities of the Estate should the Court order such
a refund.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally baand, I have hereunto set
