Please be advised that I have recently been retained by Mary Ann Leidinger, the executrix of the
estate of Helen P. Leidinger, to assist her in finalizing the remaining administrative matters in her
mother's estate which primarily consists of the completion of the inheritance tax return. My
client and I are confident that this will be completed by March 1 S, 2010, at which time we will
file notice that the administration of the estate is complete.
