I, SHAWN C. SAYLOR, devisee under Article 2(A) of the
Last Will and Testament of Carolyn J. Snyder dated October 2,
2007 of the real property described as Week 36 (float) in Apt.
No. 106E of Maui Schooner Resort, formerly known as the Laule'a
Condominium, located in Kihei, Island and County of Maui, State
of Hawaii, as described in Interval Ownership Deed recorded on
November 30, 1990 in the Bureau of Conveyances of the State of
Hawaii as Document No. 90-183442, hereby irrevocably renounce
and disclaim my right to receive distribution of said property.
