January 27, 2010 at 1930 hours, he served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the defendant,
to wit: Matthew R. Bair, by making known unto Matthew R. Bair, at 632 S Enola Road, Apt. B, Enola,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17025 17011 its contents and at the same time handing to him
personally the said true and correct copy of the same. Upon serving the writ of execution, a levy was
completed. Postcard and copy of levy mailed to plaintiff and letter mailed to defendant on January 28,
2010.
