Contractor,
David A. Oxenrider and Laura E. Oxenrider, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook
and agreed to erect and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of
ground situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as 1275 Sandy Lane,
Boiling Springs, PA 17007.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
WITNESS our hands and seals the day and year first above

Joseph McCorkel, who acknowledged himself to be the President of
McCorkel Construction Services, Inc. and that he as such
President being authorized to do so, executed the foregoing
instrument for the purposes therein contained by signing the name
of the said Corporation by himself as such President.

Exhibit A
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land and premises situate, lying and being
in the Township of Monroe in the County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, more particularly described as follows:
BEING Lot No. 360 as shown on the Plan of Lots of Section "H" of White Rock
Acres dated September 6, 1973, and recorded in the Cumberland County Plan Book
25, Page 37, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern line of Sandy Lane (50 feet wide) at the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 360 and 361 as shown on said Plan; thence by the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 360 and 361 as shown on said Plan, South 15 degrees
41 minutes 01 seconds Eat, 431.70 feet to a point; thence by the dividing line
between Lots Nos. 360, 369 and 370 as shown on said Plan, North 71 degrees 45
minutes West 276.00 feet to a point; thence by the dividing line between Lots Nos.
359 and 360 as shown on said Plan, North 12 degrees 40 minutes 43 seconds East
291.23 feet to a point on the southern line of the cul-de-sac situated at the western
terminus of Sandy Lane; thence by the southern line of said cul-de-sac by a curve to
the left having a radius of 50.00 feet an arc length of 74.78 feet and a chord length of
68.00 feet on a chord bearing of North 56 degrees 20 minutes 38 seconds East to a
point on the southern line of Sand Lane; thence by the southern line of Sandy Lane,
North 79 degrees 30 minutes East 25.97 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to one-half of a 20 feet wide utility easement along the
western, southern and eastern lines of said lot.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to the revised building lines, covenants, restrictions and
reservations as recorded in Misc. Book 211, page 232.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to conditions and restrictions of prior record governing
mineral, clay and sand rights as pertains to said premises.
