I do not want a formal fimeral or viewing to be held on my behalf. I desire
the least expensive burial arrangements possible to be carried out. In lieu of
flowers, donations should be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society to help
fiord research into fmdmg a cure for this disease.
All equity in the property and townhouse located at 1410 Georgetown Road,
Lower Swatara Township, Middletown, PA 17057 is to be transferred to
Cheryl L. Smerick, (SS # 197-40-6925) of that address. My intent is to see
that she might assume the mortgage as it stands and keep it as her home with
no obligations to my other heirs. All outstanding loans to Cheryl L. Smerick
are hereby dismissed and deemed to be paid in fiill as of my death
All my other assets including, but not limited to the following are hereby left
to my sons, John M. Van Scyoc III (SS # 193-52-3076) and Andrew H. Van
Scyoc (SS # 16458-0185) to be shared equally with the right of survivorship
one over the other.:
Property and structure at Lot 34, Riverside Acres, McVeytown, PA.
17054 and all personal property therein
Personal property located in my apartment at 120 E. Main St.,
Shiremanstown, PA 17011
Personal property located in storage unit # D-16 at U-STOR IT,
Peiffers Lane, Harrisburg, PA 17111. (The personal property of
Cheryl L. Smerick located in this unit is not included and remains hers.)
My 1988 5-10 Pickup truck and contents thereof.
All funds in accounts at the Pennsylvania State Employee Credit Union
of Harrisburg, PA.
All funds in accounts. at Members 1st Federal Credit Union of
Mechanicsburg, PA.
AIl stock held in PP&L Company, CSX, Norfolk Southern, Railways to
Yesterday, and any other stock or bonds.
I hereby appoutt my eldest son, John M. Van Scyoc, III as the executor of my
estate.
