RELEASE
IN RE: Estate of
David E. Snyder

RECEIPT, RELEASE, REFUNDING, AND
INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
The undersigned heirs-at-law under the Estate of David E. Snyder, deceased, do hereby:
1. Acknowledge that he or she has examined and approved the attached First and Final
Account and Schedule of Distribution of the Estate of David E. Snyder, copies of which are
attached hereto.
2. Waive the filing of the Account and Schedule.
3. Acknowledge receipt of the sum indicated on the Final Accounting of Distribution.
4. Release F. Shirley Kunkle, Administrator of the Estate of David E. Snyder, and her
heirs and personal representatives, from all liabilities, whether due to the Administrator's
negligence or otherwise, which he or she may have by reason of the administration of the Estate.
5. Agrees to refund to the Administrator any portion of the distribution to which he or
she is not properly entitled, and to the extent of said distribution, to indemnify for the claims
made against her as Administrator, and to reimburse to her all expenses and costs incurred in
connection with any such claims; and
6. Declares that this instrument shall be legally binding upon the undersigned, his or her
personal representatives, successors and assigns.
