LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

JAMES T. AYRE
I, JAMES T. AYRE, a resident of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, being of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare
this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking, annulling and making
void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
17'~M 7: I direct the payment of the expenses of my last illness and funeral
from my estate as soon after my death as conveniently may be done.
ITEI~N Z: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, real, personal and mixed, of whatever kind and wheresoever situate,
which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death, unto my
beloved daughter, PAMELA J. AYRE, to be hers absolutely.
IT M 3: In the event that my daughter, PAMELA J. AYRE, should predecease
me or if she should fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, or in the event that we
should die under circumstances that render it impossible to determine which of
us died first, then in such event, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
