RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, Henry M. Albright, of 4607
Coventry Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109, a specific legatee (beneficiary of a specific
bequest of a set amount of money) pursuant to Paragraph (3) of the Last WII and
Testament of Alberta C. Thompson, late of South Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, Deceased, do hereby acknowledge that I have received from
Mary Ellen Grove, as Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of said Decedent, the
sum of Ten Thousand and 00/100 ($10,000.00) Dollars, in full satisfaction and payment
of any and all such sum or sums of money or property (including legacies, gifts, devises
and bequests) given and bequeathed to me, and to which I am entitled from the estate
of said Decedent. I acknowledge that my inheritance from the estate of Alberta C.
Thompson, deceased, has been satisfied and paid in full.
AND THEREFORE f, the said Henry M. Albright, do by these presents, remise,
release, quit-claim and forever discharge the said Mary Ellen Grove, Executrix as
aforesaid, her heirs, executors, administrators, of and from the said specific bequest
and any and all legacy or legacies, and of and from all actions, suits, payments, ~,,
accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason~A eof, o~f -~?
