LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
BARBARA J. BRUCKLACBER
I, BARBARA J. BRUCKLACBER, of the Borough of New Cumberland,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and
revoke any will previously made by me.
ITEM I: I devise and bequeath all of my estate, of every
nature and wherever situate, as follows:
A. Five Thousand ($5,000) to each of my grandchildren
living at the time of my death.
B. The balance in equal shares to such of my children,
THOMAS C. BRUCKLACHER, JR., ROBERT M. BRUCKLACHER, JEANNETTE E.
BRUCKLACHER DUIGNAN, and EDWARD V. BRUCKLACHER, as survive me.
Should any of my children predecease me, I devise and bequeath the
share of such child to his or her issue, per stirpes, then living, and
if such deceased child has no issue then living, I devise and bequeath
the share of such child to my issue, per stirpes, then. living.
ITEM II: I direct that any debts owed to me by any of my children
at the time of my death be deducted from the share passing to the
debtor child.

ITEM III: I give to my son, Edward V. Brucklacher, an option to
purchase my house and lot situate at 627 Davis Drive, New Cumberland,
Pennsylvania, from my estate. The option price shall be that which
may be agreed upon by all of my children, and if they cannot agree, at
a fair market value determined by an MAI appraiser agreeable to all of
my children. Edward shall indicate his intention to exercise this
option by delivering a writing to my Executors within two months of my
death. If Edward does not exercise his option my other children shall
have a like right to purchase the property and the priority of their
option rights shall be determined by a drawing of lots. Settlement
shall be held within two months after the exercise of the option, and
any share of my estate passing to a child under this will may be used,
in whole or in part, as payment therefor.
ITEM IV: I appoint my Executors and their successors guardian of
any property which passes, either under this will or otherwise, to a
minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian
and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that this ap-
pointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary
in its discretion to distribute a share where possible to the minor or
to another for the minor's benefit. Such guardian shall have the
power to use principal as well as income from time to time for the
minor's support and education (including college education, both

graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent's
ability to provide for such support and education., or to make payment
for these purposes, without further responsibility, to the minor or to
the minor's parent or to any person taking care of the minor.
ITEM V: I appoint my children, THOMAS C. BRUCKLACHER, JR.,
ROBERT M. BRUCKLACHER, JEANNETTE E. BRUCKLACHER DUIGNANr and EDWARD V.
BRUCKLACHER, Co-Executors of this my last will.
ITEM VI: No fiduciary acting hereunder shall be required to post
bond or enter security for the faithful performance of his or her
duties in any jurisdiction.
