STOLTE, share and share alike, the same to be theirs absolutely. THIRD LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my children, DONALD MARK HESS and/or LINDA M. STOLTE, to serve as Executor(s) of this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby directing that no fiduciary shall be required to post bond should the said fiduciary be a nonresident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, any laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to the contrary, notwithstanding. I declare that I have discussed the matter of this, my Last Will and Testament with Thomas E. McDowell, Esquire, at his law office at 113 Fourth Street, Huntingdon, Pennsylvania 16652, on March 3, 2005, and he has prepared the same in accordance with my wishes and that I have carefully read the provisions herein and this instrument expresses my every wish.
