THIS AGREEMENT, made the 1 day of k 1i ?r , 2010, by and between
JOHN M. BLACK CONTRACTING SERVICES,
1364 Mountain Road, Newburg, PA 17240 ,
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
MATTHEW R. CHA BERLIN and CASEY J. CHAMBERLIN,
343 Newburg Road, Newburg, PA 17240,
hereinafter referred to as Owners,
Whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single family dwelling on that certain lot
of ground situate the Township of Hopewell, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 57 Tabor
Road, Newburg, Pennsylvania 17240, as more fully set forth in Deed recorded at Instrument No. 200840072.
Being further identified as Tax Parcel No. 11-06-0043-068
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves
and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's
liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said
buildings on the lot above-described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others
under them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens
or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien,
shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land ,.,situate in the Township of Hopeweli, Cugaberland
County, stud Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in a Township Road at a corner of lands now or formerly
Richard Guyer. THENCE, from said point of beginning and in a Southward of
ly direction by
lands of the said Richard Guyer and also by lands now or formerly of George Moan, Five
Hundred (500) feet to an iron pin; thence, in an Eastwardly direction by lands now or
formerly of J. Preston Thrush, One Hundred Fifty
