and an original and two (2) copies of an Inheritance Tax Return in the above captioned
estate, together with a check payable to the Register of Wills in the amount of $30.00 to
cover the filing fee for these documents. Please note that there is no inheritance tax due
on this insolvent estate. Please file these documents and return one time-stamped copy of
