MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES
The Municipal Authority of West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by its
Assistant Solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its claim for
sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is West Pennsboro Township Municipal
Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of West Pennsboro Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners of the property against which
this claim is filed is Erle S. Schlusser, P.O. Box 125, Plainfield, PA 17081.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 11 Greason Road, Carlisle, PA 17013.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount
of $712.89, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

MADE THE 15" day of February in the year of our Lord Two Thousand 7 wo (2002)
BETWEEN HARRISON I SCHLUSSER and VIRGINIA SCHLUSSER, husband and wife,
of 110 West Butler Street, Mt. Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, parties of the first part,
Grantors,
and
ERLE S. SCHLUSSER, married man, of Box 125, Plainfield, Pennsylvania 17081, party
of the second part,
Grantee :
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said
Grantee, his heirs and assigns,
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the improvements thereon erected situate in
West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows:
BOUNDED on the West by public road L. R. 21034 known as Greason Road; on the North
by property formerly of John Brown and now or formerly of William Gilmore; on the East by an
alley; and on the South by property formerly of Albert L. L. Skelly and Maude A. Skelly,
husband and wife, and now or formerly of George Kulla and Phyllis Kulla, husband and wife;
and having a frontage on said Greason Road of 60 feet extending eastwardly therefrom at an
even width a distance of 350 feet, more or less, to said alley on the East.
THE ABOVE described tract of land has thereon erected a frame bungalow and other
improvements with mailing address of Box 125, Plainfield, Pennsylvania 17081.
BEING the same premises which Harrison J. Schlusser and Catherine L. Schlusser,
husband and wife, by deed dated January 25, 1989 and recorded January 26, 1989 in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County at Carlisle, Pennsylvania in Deed Book
"T," Volume 33, Page 1.135, granted and conveyed to Harrison J. Schlusser and Catherine L.
Schlusser, husband and wife. The said Catherine L. Schlusser having died August 15, 1991,
titles to the same remain vested by operation of law solely in her surviving spouse, Harrison J,
Schlusser, one of the Grantors herein. The said Harrison J. Schlusser, subsequently thereafter
married Virginia Schlusser who joins in the within conveyance to convey all of her right, title
and interest in the premises by virtue of her marriage to the said Harrison J. Schlusser.
THE WITHIN conveyance is from father and step-mother to son and is, therefore, exempt
from realty transfer taxes imposed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, West Pennsboro
Township, and Big Spring School District.

AND the said Grantors do hereby covenant and agree that they will warrant SPECIALLY,
the property hereby conveyed.
