Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, parties of the first part, Grantors, and ERLE S. Schlusser and Catherine L. Schlusser, husband and wife. The said Catherine L. Schlusser having died August 15, 1991, titles to the same remain vested by operation of law solely in her surviving spouse, Harrison J, Schlusser, one of the Grantors herein. The said Harrison J. Schlusser, subsequently thereafter married Virginia Schlusser who joins in the within conveyance to convey all of her right, title and interest in the premises by virtue of her marriage to the said Harrison J. Schlusser.
