MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES
The Municipal Authority of West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by its
Assistant Solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its claim for
sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is West Pennsboro Township Municipal
Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of West Pennsboro Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners of the property against which
this claim is filed are Larry E. Peck, Jr., and Misty D. Peck, P.O. Box 56, Plainfield, PA 17081.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 31 Greason Road, Carlisle, PA 17013.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount
of $1,077.97, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

WHEREAS, Phyllis A. Kulla died testate, seized of the hereinafter described tract of
land on February 28, 2004; and
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary were granted to Debra D. Muehlheuser on March 5,
2004, and indexed in the Cumberland County Register of Wills Office to No. 21-04-
0225; and
WHEREAS, under the Last Will and Testament of Phyllis A. Kulla, the within conveyed
premises were not specifically devised; and
WHEREAS, the Executrix conveys the herein described tract of land pursuant to the
powers vested in her, respectively, as personal representative for the Estate;
NOW, THEREFORE, that in consideration of One Hundred Seven Thousand Two Hundred
00/100($107,200.00) Dollars in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
grantor hereby grants and conveys in fee simple to the said Grantees, their heirs and
assigns,

ALL THAT certain tract of land situate in the Village of Plainfield, West Pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows;
ON the North by property formerly of John Broom, now or formerly of Harrison Schlusser,
on the East by an alley; on the South by property formerly of Berdilla Thumma, now or
formerly of Frank Fraker, and on the West by the public road from Plainfield to Greason,
CONTAINING one and a half (1 % ) acres, more or less, and being improved with a two
story frame house, garage, etc., known and numbered as 31 Greason Road.
BEING the same premises conveyed by Albert L. L. Skelly, widower, by deed dated July
31, 1959, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County in Deed Book 19, Volume H, Page 195, conveyed unto
Kulla, also known as Phyllis A Kulla. The said G George Keda and Phyllis S.
