MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES
The Municipal Authority of West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by its
Assistant Solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its claim for
sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is West Pennsboro Township Municipal
Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of West Pennsboro Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners of the property against which
this claim is filed are Eric P. Douglas and Bridget J. Douglas, P.O. Box 13, Plainfield, PA 17081.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 79 West Main Street, Plainfield, PA 17081.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P. S. 7101 et seq.
The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount
of $2,380.86, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

BETWEEN JONATHAN REISINGER and PAMELA REISINGER, his wife, of
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called Grantors,
AND ERIC P. DOUGLAS and BRIDGET J. DOUGLAS, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
hereinafter called Grantees:
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Forty-four Thousand
and no/100 ($144,000.00) Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
said Grantors do hereby grant and convey unto the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns as
tenants by the entireties;
ALL that certain tract of land with improvements thereon erected situate in West
Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of State Highway leading from Carlisle to Newville
(Pa. Route 641), at the corner of lands now or formerly of Swamer Brothers; thence along land of
the said Swamer Brothers North 02 1/2 degrees East, a distance of three and four-tenths (3.4)
perches to a point; thence continuing along lands of the said Swarner Brothers, North 05 degrees
West, nine and four-tenths (9.4) perches to a point at land of the Cemetery; thence along land of
said Cemetery, South 74 1/2 degrees East, four and nine-tenths (4.9) perches to a point in the
Western side of an alley twelve (12) feet in width; thence along the Western line of said alley,
South 07 1/z degrees West, twelve and seven-tenths (12.7) perches to a point in the center of the
State Highway, aforesaid; thence along the center of said State Highway, North 76 1/2 degrees
West, two and five-tenths (2.5) perches to a point, the Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 42 perches strict measure:

BEING the same premises which Sonia E. Stiver, single woman, granted and conveyed
to Jonathan Reisinger and Pamela Reisinger, his wife, grantors herein, by Deed dated December
19, 1997 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania in Deed Book 169, Page 792.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to such easements, restrictions and conditions that may apply to
the afore-described tract of land, recorded or unrecorded.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant and agree that they will warrant specially the property
hereby conveyed.
