MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority,
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitor, Jennifer B. Hipp, Esquire and files the following
municipal claim against Wade P. Rothermel, single man, adult
individual, owning property located at 911 Nixon Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
17055, his last known mailing address being: 911 Nixon Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
17055. Wade P. Rothermel is the owner of all that certain lot of
ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully
described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land and premises,
situate, lying and being in Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, and being more particularly bounded
and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in Nixon Drive (a 50 foot wide street)
at land now or formerly of Wayne W. Albert; THENCE extending
across Nixon Drive, passing over an iron pin placed twenty-
six and twenty-two one-hundredths (26.22) feet from the
beginning point of this course and along land now or
formerly of Wayne W. Albert and land now or formerly of
Charles W. Pomeroy, South 7 degrees 45 minutes 00 Seconds

East, a distance of four hundred ninety-six and zero one-
hundredths (496.00) feet to an iron pin; THENCE extending
along land now or formerly of Sinclair Oil Company, South 74
degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of eighty-
seven and fifty-two one-hundredths (87.52) feet to an iron
pin; THENCE extending along land now or formerly of Pearl
Shambaugh, North 7 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds West and
passing over an iron pin set, a distance of twenty-seven and
forty-one one-hundredths (27.41) feet from the terminus of
this course, a distance of four hundred ninety-four and four
one-hundredths (494.04) feet to a point in the center of
Nixon Drive; THENCE extending in and through Nixon Drive,
North 73 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of
eighty-seven and eighty tenths (87.80) feet to the place of
BEGINNING.
THE FOREGOING description is in accordance with a survey by
Gerrit J. Betz Associates, Inc., Engineers and Surveyors,
dated December 14, 1978.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a dwelling house being known and
numbered as 911 Nixon Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH George D. Shriner and Jean R.
Shriner, husband and wife, by Deed dated June 28, 2002 and
recorded July 9, 2002 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book 252, Page
3055, granted and conveyed unto Wade P. Rothermel, Owner
herein.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to the restrictions and conditions as set
forth in prior Deeds.
Tax Parcel No. 22-24-0783-112.
Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from October 1, 2008 through and including December 31, 2009.
Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed
pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as a

Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipal Authority
imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each
improved property served or to be served by this Authority's
sewer systems; and providing for payment and collection of such
user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the
statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority to
Wade P. Rothermel for sewerage due to be treated from October 1,
2008 through December 31, 2009, which services total is in the
amount of $1,064.25, which sum was duly assessed against Wade P.
Rothermel, and the real property described herein from the date
of said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum,
with interest in the amount of ten (10%) percent, along with
penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal
lien is claimed against the above-described real property and
premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207,
§7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal
Claims and Tax Liens).

I am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer account #755,
This account is delinquent. As of the last billing notice, same being dated November 15, 2009,
the delinquency is in the amount of $11,064.25. The purpose of this letter is to request that this
account be brought current. If the account is not brought current within thirty

service costs, and attorney's fees. Attorney's fees that are incurred with respect to the collection

(30) days from the mailing of this notice. The imposition of assessment of attorney's fees may be
