MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitor, Jennifer B. Hipp, Esquire and files the following
municipal claim against Sandra Sue Asten, single woman, adult
individual, owning property located at 806 West Keller Street,
Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
17055, her last known mailing address being: 806 West Keller
Street, Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, 17055. Sandra Sue Asten is the owner of all that
certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being
more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the
Township Monroe (formerly referred to as the Township of
Silver Spring), County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the northern line of West Keller
Street, said point being on the division line between Lot
Nos. 61 and 62 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots;
THENCE along the northern line of West Keller Street in a
westerly direction, fifty (50) feet to a point in the
division line between Lot Nos. 62 and 63 on said Plan;
THENCE along the division line between Lot Nos. 62 and 63 on

said Plan in a northwardly direction, one hundred forty-
three (143) feet to a point; THENCE along the southern line
of a five (5) foot wide right-of-way in an eastwardly
direction fifty (50) feet to a point in the division line
between Lots Nos. 61 and 62 in said Plan in a southwardly
direction, one hundred forty-three (143) feet to a point in
the northern line of West Keller Street aforesaid, at the
place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 62 in a certain Plan of Lots known as Point
Comfort, laid out for George B. Vogelsong and Minnie C.
Vogelsong, husband and wife, which said Plan is recorded in
the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book No. 2,
Page 36.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a one story brick ranch house, with
carport, being known and numbered as 806 West Keller Street,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Esther M. Neff, by and through
her Attorney-In-Fact, Beverly Orris, by Deed dated January
29, 1993 and recorded February 1, 1993 in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed
Book "C", Volume 36, Page 957, granted and conveyed unto
Sandra Sue Asten, single woman, owner herein.

Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from October 1, 2008 through and including December 31, 2009.
Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed
pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as a
Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipal Authority
imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each
improved property served or to be served by this Authority's
sewer systems; and providing for payment and collection of such

user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the
statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority to
Sandra Sue Asten for sewerage due to be treated from October 1,
2008 through December 31, 2009, which services total is in the
amount of $1,064.25, which sum was duly assessed against Sandra
Sue Asten, and the real property described herein from the date
of said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum,
with interest in the amount of ten (100i) percent, along with
penalties and all costs, including attorneys, fees, a municipal
lien is claimed against the above-described real property and
premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207,
§7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal
Claims and Tax Liens).

Dear Ms. Asten:
I am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer account 9759.
This account is delinquent. As of the last billing notice, same being dated November 15, 2009,
the delinquency is in the amount of $1,064.25. The purpose of this letter is to request that this
account be brought current. If the account is not brought current within thirty (30) days of receipt
of this letter, a Municipal. Lien will be placed against real estate owned by you, same being
known and numbered as 806 W. Keller Street, Mechanicsburg, PA. This will result in filing
fees, service costs, and attorney's fees. Attorney's fees that are incurred with respect to the
collection of this delinquent account will be assessed. Attorney's fees will be charged at the
current rate. Attorney's fees will be imposed and/or assessed if this amount remains delinquent
after thirty (30) days from the mailing of this notice. The imposition of assessment of attorney's
fees may be avoided by you making payment in full of the delinquency within thirty (30) days of
receipt of this letter as set forth herein.
