TO THE AUTOPSY REPORT OF THOMAS G. RAINEY
1. Petitioner is Phil H. Rainey, an adult individual
residing at 1651 Stanley Avenue, Landisville, Pennsylvania 17538.
2. Petitioner is the father of Thomas G. Rainey.
3. Thomas G. Rainey is deceased, having died on April 16,
2009, in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4. An autopsy was performed on Thomas G. Rainey.
5. Petitioner, as the father of Thomas G. Rainey, is
requesting that the autopsy report be sealed due to privacy
concerns of the family, in that the release of the autopsy report
may reveal sensitive medical information.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the Court enter an Order
that prevents the autopsy report from disclosure.

AND NOW, this `day of February, 2010, upon consideration of the Petition of
Phil H. Rainey to Limit Public Access to the Autopsy Report of Thomas G. Rainey, in
the above-captioned matter, a rule is issued upon the Cumberland County Coroner, Todd
C. Eckenrode, to show cause why the relief requested by Petitioner should not be granted.
This rule is returnable within 21 days from the date of this Order.

Coroner, Todd C. Eckenrode, to show cause why the relief requested by Petitioner should
not be granted, and the Court being in receipt of a letter from the Coroner's solicitor,
Marlin R. McCaleb, Esq., indicating that the Coroner supports the petition, the petition is
granted.
