Owners, and against ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as 14 E. Green Street, Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania 17011
and more particularly bounded and described in Cumberland County Deed Book 274, Page 3509, et
seg.

compliance with said Resolutions, and the Municipal Claims Act of 1923, May 16, P.L. 207, as
