On 07/30/1999 mortgagor(s) made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to CORNERSTONE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of CUMBERLAND County, in Mortgage Book No. 1560, Page 1125.
