of a surviving spouse from his deceased spouse, Soon I. Lamparter a/k/a Soon Lamparter, who was
domiciled in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at the time of her death on August 4, 2009. Notice
of this election is being given to the executor of the above-captioned estate by hand delivery of a
time-stamped photocopy of this instrument.
