K.LB. & SONS CONSTRUCTION
24 School House Road, Gardners, PA 17324
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
DALE L. HANSEN, JR. and TERRI L. HANSEN, husband and wife
2215 Biglerville Rd., Gettysburg, PA 17325
hereinafter referred to as Owner,
Whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single family dwelling on that certain lot
of ground situate in the Township of South Middleton, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more
particularly described in deed dated December 27, 2002 and recorded in Cumberland County Deed Book 255,
Page 716.
Being further identified as Tax Parcel No. 40-14-0140-028.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves
and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's
liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said
buildings on the lot above-described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others
under them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens
or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien,
shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Township of South
Middleton, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described
as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of a former road known as The New
Petersburg Road and comer of lands now or formerly of John Logan; thence by land
now or formerly of John Logan, Nozth 85 degrees 11 minutes East 340.6 feet to stones
at comer of lands now or formerly of Dunkelberger; thence along the lands now or
formerly of said Duakelberger, South 36 degrees 38 mir*Lyres F..o~ 393.8 feet to stones;
thence through lands now or formerly owned by Smith Logan and dm~ghter, and along
Lot No. 3 South 46 degrees 43 minutes West 646.5 feet to a point in the middle of the
former road known as The New Petersburg Road; thence along the middle of said
former road the following two courses and distances: NoRh 12 de~,ees 12 minutes
West 586.0 feet; and North 06 degrees 45 minutes East 166.0 feet to the place of
BEGINNING.
